Every person has different fitness and health related needs. At the Frederick Athletic Club our certified personal trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals by providing quality, individualized programming. Your unique personal program will be designed to meet your specific fitness and health goals. Your trainer will motivate, support, and monitor your progress. They will also ensure that you are using proper technique and assist you in advancing your fitness level.
Our personal trainers will provide you with a one-hour training session, which consist of a 10-minute warm up on cardio, 45 minutes of strength training and 5 minutes of stretching.
Just for joining you're entitled to one free orientation with a certified personal trainer.
