Cycle: A group cycling class taking members on a ride filled with steep hills, flat sprints, intervals, etc. Fun, great for those who do not prefer tradition group classes.
Awesome Abs: A 30 min classes designed to work your mind section to the max. Traditional trunk crunches as well as core stabilization techniques will be utilized. Great compliment to your weight training. If you haven’t tried it, you’re in for a surprise.
